Simulation & PHIL

The staff of NRG.Lab counts on an extensive experience using different simulation systems, such as: PSIM (Powersim), PSAD, Matlab Simulink, PowerFactory (DigSilent)or Siemens (PSS/E). There is also a remarkable experience working with real time simulation platforms and HIL devices already prepared to interact with power converters, linear amplifiers or other external hardware, such as: Typhoon HIL, Opal-RT,  dSpace or ETAS RTA.

NRG.Lab has developed an interface platform for interconnecting real time simulators with programmable sources, giving rise to Power HIL systems. Our experience permits us to help our customers to take the most of their HIL platforms, contributing to enhance their control and validation tools as well as to reduce the time-to-market of new solutions.

PHIL 400
PHIL 400 is a hardware platform that permits to interconnect Typhoon HIL RT simulators with power amplifiers of different manufacturers, permitting to created powerful PHIL applicaions.
